A commercial license is required for the following:
* The sale of PRINTED COPIES of our art (heat transfers, sublimation transfers, etc) that can then be used by another source for commercial or personal use. 

* The sale of items using the shape or likeness of my designs (examples include blank cutouts or stickers/items in the shape of my designs). 

* The sale of digital designs utilizing a SELECT group of my digital designs coupled with your own design elements (designs eligible for digital resale are distinctly marked).

This license covers:
1. Your ability to offer unlimited prints of a ALL designs.
2. Your ability to utilize my digital elements, alphabet sets, and backgrounds in the sale of your digital designs. (ONLY THESE THREE CATEGORIES)
** My regular digital designs are prohibited from use for resale digitally. 
**Rules for use of backgrounds, alpha sets,  and digital elements do apply - please read the listing for these guidelines.

Purchasing a license automatically adds you to our VIP Vendor List.

VIP Vendor List
When customers inquire about transfers (this happens quite often), we will refer them to our licensed VIP affiliates for printing needs. If you would like to be added to this list, please send us a direct message or e-mail with a link to your business or preferred form of contact for referrals.

Pixel Pop Designs requires users/sellers to purchase this license only once and does not limit the number of transfers you sell for the single design specified.

All of the guidelines provided in design listings still apply: you may not sell, alter, or claim design rights to any Pixel Pop Designs digital images. The only exception to this rule is if you plan to add words/text with the design - this is an approved form of design alteration.

NO ART IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LICENSE, designs/art must be purchased separately.

This license is nontransferable and nonrefundable.

The purchase of this license does not transfer copyright. All copyrights remain with Pixel Pop Designs.

Digital File User Licensing
Design files may be used for all personal and business needs, however, they are not to be re-sold or gifted to others in digital form. The design rights of this design are strictly owned by Pixel Pop Designs, a division of A Pinch of Pretty, LLC.
