A. GRAMMAR, CRITERIA, AND ERRORS

Please double check that the criteria you have left for the design is free of typos or errors. If you notice an error prior to the design completion, I am happy to adjust.

For the initials field: please list the letters in order of appearance. For example: J H M represents first, last, middle initials.

If you do not leave your e-mail address in the blank provided, the turnaround time for your design may be extended. If you notice an error after I have e-mailed the file to you, you will need to check out again with this listing to obtain the correct design.

B. CUSTOM INFO:
This does not constitute an exclusive design. The custom design may be relisted in my shop for marketing and promotional purposes.

C. TURNAROUND:
The turnaround time for sending out finished files currently 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and holiday purchases will default to the following business day to begin the start of the turnaround time frame.

D. FILE DELIVERY:

The e-mail address used to order this listing will be used for file delivery. In order to stay organized with my website and custom orders, custom designs fall into a "shippable" category. When I mark your item as "shipped", it simply means I have completed and e-mailed the file to you. No physical item will actually be mailed to you - it just notes the item has been sent via electronic mail.
