The purchase of this listing allows the client to obtain rights to a single CUSTOM image that has been commissioned. This item is to be added to cart in addition to your custom design request. It does not include the custom design fee.

What Exclusive Rights Credentials Provide:
1. The design rights/copyright will be transferred to the client and will no longer belong to Pixel Pop Designs.
2. Pixel Pop Designs will discontinue the sale or gifting of the file and remove it from all sales avenues. If the item was sold to others prior to the purchase of these credentials, customers who purchased it will still have the ability to use the file under the normal usage guidelines. It is recommended that customers purchase these rights at the time the custom design is purchased in order to ensure rights are completely exclusive.
3. You may use the file as you see fit, including distributing it as a transfer or gift.

Pixel Pop Designs requires the client to purchase this listing for EACH design in which the user would like to obtain exclusive rights.

NO ART IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LISTING, custom artwork must be purchased separately.
