A. GRAMMAR, CRITERIA, AND ERRORS

Please double check that the criteria you have left for the new design is free of typos or errors. If you notice an error prior to the design completion, I am happy to adjust.
If you do not specify the color you would prefer for a specific section of your design, I will contact you to obtain this information. If I do not receive a reply, I will not complete the design until I do - time spent editing the design due to colors is extensive and I'd rather wait than start on your order. This also refers to the inclusion of the e-mail address. If you do not respond to my request for this information in a timely manner, the turnaround time for your design may be extended.
If you notice the error after I have e-mailed the file to you, you will need to check out again with this listing to obtain the correct design.

B. CUSTOM INFO:
This does not constitute an exclusive design. The custom design can/will be relisted in my shop and sold at my discretion. I am happy to discuss options for designs with exclusive rights that grant ownership of the design to only you. The link for exclusive design rights has been listed at the top of the details section.

C. TURNAROUND:
The turnaround time for custom designs is 3 - 5 business days. If this is your first time ordering, please note that the next time you order, this time frame may have been adjusted since your last order as it varies with season and how busy I am. Also keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and holiday purchases will default to the following business day to begin the start of the turnaround time frame. If you are in need of a faster turnaround, I do offer a rush option of $10 per design and in most cases, I can have the design ready in 12-24 hours or sooner - you may request this via email at jennifer@pixelpopdesigns.com.

D. FILE DELIVERY:

The e-mail address used to order this listing will be used for file delivery. In order to stay organized with my website and custom orders, custom designs fall into a "shippable" category. When I mark your item as "shipped", it simply means I have completed and e-mailed the file to you. No physical item will actually be mailed to you - it just notes the item has been sent via electronic mail.

NO ART IS INCLUDED WITH THIS LISTING - upon completion, the design will be e-mailed to you. If you fail to leave your e-mail address in the provided blank, an additional delay could take place due to the time it could take to receive a reply from you with the proper e-mail address. I try my best to catch this issue, but sometimes I do not realize it was not included with the order until the design is ready to be sent.

Design files may be used for all personal and business needs, however, they are not to be re-sold or gifted to others in digital form. The design rights of this design are strictly owned by Pixel Pop Designs, a division of A Pinch of Pretty, LLC.
