C. TURNAROUND:
The turnaround time for this custom design is 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and holiday purchases will default to the following business day to begin the start of the turnaround time frame.

D. FILE DELIVERY:

The e-mail address used to order this listing will be used for file delivery. In order to stay organized with my website and custom orders, custom designs fall into a "shippable" category. When I mark your item as "shipped", it simply means I have completed and e-mailed the file to you. No physical item will actually be mailed to you - it just notes the item has been sent via electronic mail.
